Mistake booking this hotel

Not much.

The staff were not pleasant , the hotel itself is old and grubby . I couldn’t wait to leave .

Very Good

The hotel had a nice onsen with a big bath. The location by foot is about 20 minutes from trainstation and also Okayama castle. The included dinner and breakfast were filling.

Good

Hotel is old, but nothing like the some of them commented. The rooms are clean & staff is also helpful. Dinner & breakfast is available. It's not superb, but it's acceptable for the price range.

They have a tower parking & it's not free. It's also very inconvenient if you have to access your vehicle. So I parked near by parking which is cheaper than the hotel parking.

If you just want somewhere cheap this may be an option but this is definitely not a honeymoon hotel.

The cost. The breakfast was also good.

The heater in the air conditioner was weak so the rooom never warmed up. The fridge didn’t work. The change room in the big bathroom on B2 was not very clean.

A quiet stay in central accommodation offering an excellent breakfast.

The room was quiet and the breakfast was varied and excellent, although the termination of breakfast time was far too early.

Well, I will skip that one and go to another town with a cozy b&b

Booking was a bit late so the only available option for a cheap rate. Saving grace was the indoor onsen on the first floor.

Late check in at 4 pm, dirty bed sheets. Overall has a post-soviet air to it.

I would not recommend

It was okay since it was cheap an I stayed just for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was unclean. Usually I'm okay with a little bit of dust somewhere. But I had the impression that till my arrival the room got no attention for a few weeks. The refrigerator was really dirty with stains everywhere, but I had to use it to store my medication. There were also stains on the plaid. And in the bathroom, I think it's because the water can run behind the shower, was mold. So sadly the friendly staff and the cheap price couldn't make up for those circumstances.

Overall it was what it is,ok

The breakfast and dinner were great the staff were welcoming.

I could smell smoke on my floor when I leave my room. The sheet on the bed didn't seems to be so clean as you could smell that they were not fresh and there was a spot on the white sheet. Also in the early mornings my bathroom had a funny smell and it was coming into the room from under the door because there was a huge space under the door I had to use a towel to stuff it. My room was located near the walk waybso u could hear the other guest who seems to have checked in as a group chatting loud when they are leaving and entering. I don't have much complain because the price was very cheap so it's what it is for the quality. Exceptional quality requires Exceptional money.
